MVP (Most Valuable Players) Youth Mentoring Program is a signature service of RSVP of the Flint Hills, Inc. focused on providing healthy relationships of friendship, encouragement and support. This program recrutis volunteers, 55 years old and older, as mentors to be positive role models for children. MVP allows volunteers to make a difference in the lives of children. Together, volunteers and students, participate in a wide array of educational activities that help to build intergenerational relationships and life skills.
RSVP is seeking MVP Volunteers to serve as Pen Pals in USD 383 elementary schools. MVP volunteers write to local school children and meet 3-4 times a year for classroom activites.
